Helped me with my out of state purchase amazing people showed me everything to instill confidence in the sale got a live walk around that didn’t end till I was satisfied with seeing everything and that made me feel real comfortable buying a car without seeing it in person. They even helped with shipping!

We went to look at one specific car for my 18 year old daughter. When we got there, there were about 5 different ones she wanted to look at. They were no pressure, very patient and helpful. Showed us the car fax on all the ones we were interested. They were very fair in negotiations when we finally picked one that she felt comfortable driving and I felt good about the pricing. We set up an appointment with them to come back and pick up the car. They had all the paperwork ready and it was the quickest experience ever on any dealership. They are a family business and made us feel welcome and like part of the family. I will definitely be back to buy from them again! What an amazing experience.r

Let me tell you about my Mercedes-Benz C 300 and when I tell you that they take care of you and they are man that they were they are a man of they were they took care of me more than what they were supposed to and would be on their means to make me satisfied And they even gave me a loaner that they didn’t have to do just to accommodate me. It’s amazing how people are and have good hearts and good business. Tactics I will always recommend you guys to come here and get a car. You never go wrong. God bless the staff in the team for hard work and getting the person they dream car.

Just bought a 2000 Toyota 4Runner from these guys that was in my opinion over priced and here are the repairs they willingly sold the car with. Nothing like a few thousand in repairs that nobody tells you about. Part of this is my fault for not taking it in and getting it checked out but this is just next level cowardice. Make sure you get any used vehicles mechanically checked out before buying, they’ll throw some off brand tires without balancing them and a new paint job and call it good.

These guys were fantastic. I just recently bought this Corvette C6 and the whole process was seamless. They helped me achieve a price that worked for me and were fair with the trade in price offered. Would highly recommended them for your next car!

5 stars from first contact. I have contacted other dealers as I was sourcing THE right car. One dealer at up an appointment and then sold the car hours before the appointment with no call to let me know there was no car to see. Another wouldn’t show me the car unless I had financing. I was paying cash.
I think it says a lot that Platinum Auto Sales team held my hand through some of the process, kept in touch, did what they said they would do. So very successful with an offer to keep in touch in case I have any future issues they could address for me. Excellent customer service.

Just Purchsed a Rolls Royce from the guys at Platinum Auto Sales and can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. The car was a 2011 and I was not expecting it to be in such good condition for a older car with higher miles.
